Fish Lake is right by the Markville Snowmobile Trail. Through the warm days of summer highs here at Fish Lake get into the 80's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 50's. For the period of the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 10's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Fish Lake fall into the-10's. A normal amount of precipitation       falls here at Fish Lake; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month is February. If you get bored of Fish Lake, you could also pop by nearby Cranberry Lake; whitewater paddling is brilliant on St. Croix River. Fish Lake is a brilliant place to camp, Rosenthal's Resort is a brilliant place, and get drenched paddling on Upper Tamarack River. This lake is so wonderful. Golf can be played at Voyager Village Country Club & Bar, and after a long                  day outdoors Best Western American Heritage Inn is a wonderful place to spend a night or two.
