This lake is so wonderful. For you golfers we recommend nearby Twin Oaks Golf Course; do take a hike on the Hay Meadow Trail. A lake nearby is Horseshoe Flowage 0.75, and get wet paddling on Duncan Creek. This lake is so wonderful. You could also pop by Jerome Lake since you're here at Firth Lake; it's nearby; if you came to camp Ward's Flambeau Resort is a tremendous place to do that. Dry warm beds await you at Americinn       Lodge Ladysmith, and hiking along the Deer Fly Trail is pleasant fun. This location rocks, just explore all the fun stuff to do in the vicinity of Firth Lake. Here at Firth Lake there are plenty of folks from Eau Claire; paddling on Chippewa River is so much fun. There's so much to do here at Firth Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Brunet Island State Park is a great place for that; after a long day outdoors Americinn - Ladysmith, Wi is a great                  location to spend a night or two.
