This lake is so wonderful. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Whitecap Mountain, and you can stay the night at Double E Resort. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Ironwood is a tremendous place to spend a night or two, and why not take a little spree to Weber Creek since you're here. This lake is       so wonderful. Head up to Big Powderhorn Mountain and strap some skis to your feet. A golf course near Fierek Lake is Tahoe Lynx Golf Course, and a tremendous site for whitewater paddling is Flambeau River - South Fork. A lake nearby is One Man Lake; Big 6 RV Resort and Campground is a nice campground nearby. Throughout the warmest time of the year here at Fierek Lake, high temperatures typically reach the 70's.
