A glorious close by hotel is Americinn - Ironwood, Mi, and Fierek Lake is not the only location close by, July Lake is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Whitecap Mountain, and you can stay the night at Double E Resort. A golf course near Fierek Lake is Tahoe Lynx Golf Course, and a tremendous site for whitewater paddling is Flambeau River - South Fork.
