Ferry Lake is a good location of typical rain; the month with most of the rain is August; January meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for a great visit? Effigy Mounds National Monument is reasonably in close proximity to Ferry Lake;       camping at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp is always a great experience. Throughout the long summer days at Ferry Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Ferry Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Frenchtown Lake is close to Ferry Lake, and if you're a golfer then a brilliant nearby course is Guttenberg Golf & Country Club.
