Frenchtown Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to, and do pay a visit to Effigy Mounds National Monument if you're here at Ferry Lake. This lake is so wonderful.       You'll need more than a day to discover everything Ferry Lake has to offer, you can camp at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp, and since you're here you can play some golf at Guttenberg Golf & Country Club.
