It's always fun to stop by Ferry Lake. Camping at Ferry Lake is perfect fun, Rosenthal's Resort is a perfect local campground; if you're here you can take a hike along the Markville Snowmobile Trail. Best Western American Heritage Inn is a magnificent site to get some rest, and Ferry Lake is a wonderful spot to camp, Anchor Bay Camping and Cabins is a wonderful spot. Ferry Lake gets a typical amount of rainfall; most of the rain falls through August while February

What a place this is for outdoors people. Whitewater paddling is great on Upper Tamarack River; in case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on St. Croix River. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Americinn Shell Lake is a good site to spend a night or two, and enjoy a round of golf at Voyager Village Country Club & Bar.

months here at Ferry Lake, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's, and the night is slightly chillier of course, usually in the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 10's; after the sun is down during the wintertime
temperatures at Ferry Lake dip into the-10's. Some close by water includes Nelson Creek, and if you're here, you could also pop by lovely Big Bear Lake.
