This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is great here at Fanny Lake, you can go for a hike along the Eds Lake Trail System; if you've had enough of Fanny Lake, Lower Jones Lake is close by. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Some close by water includes Mary Creek; camping at Fanny Lake Walk-in Campground is always a fine experience. A common amount of precipitation falls here at Fanny Lake; most of the rain       falls through September; the driest month is February. A great location to camp here at Fanny Lake is Boot Lake Campground, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Wolf River. There's whitewater on Wolf River for all you adrenaline junkies, and you're perhaps keen on lakes, Jones Spring Impoundment 0.12 Reservoir is one of those close by. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Popple Ridge Snowmobile                  Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and hiking along the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail is nice fun. Put some time aside to spend at Jones Spring while you're here at Fanny Lake, and Best Western Lakewood Lodge is a tremendous place to get some rest. For the period of the months of summer highs here at Fanny Lake reach the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Fanny Lake temperatures dip to the 0's.
