There's so much to do here at Evans Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Rock Lake Resort and Campground is a glorious place for that. All through the months of summer here at Evans Lake, high temperatures commonly get into the 80's. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Evans Lake. If       you need a site to stay Glen Loch Motel is a wonderful choice, and Evans Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Northshore Bar and Campground is a pleasant local campground. This lake is so wonderful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Christie Mountain is in the neighborhood of Evans Lake; pleasant hiking is available along the Deer Fly Trail. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting things the area in the neighborhood of Evans                  Lake has to offer. A tremendous nearby hotel is Americinn - Chippewa Falls, Wi, and get wet paddling on Duncan Creek. The amount of precipitation that falls at Evans Lake is close to the national average; August is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is nice on Chippewa River. Go for a hike on the Hickory Ridge Trail, and since you're here, you could also stop by wonderful Moon Lake.
