This lake is so wonderful. There are great places to look at along the Dendro Eco Trail; Best Western Lakewood Lodge is a fine place to get some rest. Get your heart beating on the perfect whitewater of Wolf River, and going for a hike on the Eds Lake Trail System is always a perfect adventure. Mud Lake Number One is a nearby lake that you could check out; if you're looking for       some flowing water? Try Range Line Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Eugene Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Richardson Lake Campground is a great local campground, and a day on the slopes of Brule Mountain is just what you need. There's so much to do here at Eugene Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Ham Lake Camp Grounds is a fine spot for that, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites. Life's too short                  to enjoy all the exciting stuff near Eugene Lake. There's whitewater on Peshtigo River for all you adrenaline junkies, and since you're here, you could also take a look at gorgeous Trump Lake.
