This lake is so wonderful. Kettle River is a delightful whitewater spot near Erickson Flowage; Hinckley-Days Inn is a delightful location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. There is a good hiking trail near Erickson Flowage called the Minnesota-Wisconsin Boundary State Trail. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Erickson Flowage has                  to offer, you can camp at James N Mcnally Campground. There's so much to do here at Erickson Flowage that you need to camp here for a while, Sandrock Cliff Campground is a tremendous site for that, and if you need a place to stay Luck Country Inn is a good choice. A lake nearby is Dike 6 Flowage, and a great place for whitewater paddling is St. Croix River. Very pretty scenery and wonderful skiing is what you get at Wild Mountain, and Upper Hay Creek Flowage is an out of the ordinary swamp near Erickson Flowage.
