Emmons Lake is near Hartman Creek Number One Dam which is a charming place unquestionably worth going to; Little Wolf River has a glorious whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. Comfort Suites Foxfire is a brilliant       location to get some rest; you can stay the night at Hartman Creek State Park. This lake is so wonderful. Swamps like Shung-we Creek are fun to explore, unsurprisingly you could also go to Beasley Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. Emmons Lake gets a normal amount of annual rain; through September this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is February. Through the summer at Emmons Lake temperatures are usually in the 80's. Summer                  night lows dip down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Emmons Lake. So much cool stuff to do at Emmons Lake, so little time. Near Emmons Lake you come across a golf course called Foxfire Golf Club; if you need a place to stay Village Inn Motel is a good choice.
