This lake is so wonderful. An afternoon playing golf at Nippersink Country Club & Lodge is always a bliss, and if you need a spot to stay Super 8 Motel - Mchenry is a brilliant choice. There's so much to do here at Elizabeth Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Woodland Melody Park is a good place for that, and why not head up to Grand Geneva and strap some skis to your feet. There are plenty of people from Whitewater       here at Elizabeth Lake. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Wilmot mountain, and going for a hike on the Lake Defiance Nature Trail is always a tremendous adventure. Near Elizabeth Lake you stumble on the Volo Bog Interpretive Trail which is a good hiking trail. Lakes? Sure, Elizabeth Lake is in close proximity. Elizabeth Lake gets a normal amount of rainfall; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain while                  February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This place, Elizabeth Lake, it truly has so much outdoors amusing stuff. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on White River, and you acquire a great view of Mount Moriah from here. This lake is so wonderful. There is a good hiking trail near Elizabeth Lake called the Leather Leaf Bog Trail, and Elizabeth Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Coachman's Terrace RV and Mobile Home Park is a great local campground. At Elizabeth Lake all through the summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. All through the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Elizabeth Lake.
