A visit to Echo Lake is always a good idea. If you came for an overnight stay Big 6 RV Resort and Campground is a fine site to camp, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Tahoe Lynx Golf Course. Paddling on Black River is so much fun. An average amount of precipitation falls at Echo Lake; most of the rain falls during June, and February is the month with the least moisture.

| | stay Bluffs Inn is a great choice; on a perfect day you can take a hike along the Newman Springs Ski Trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. Camping at Echo Lake is good fun, Wabasso Lake Campground is a good local campground, and Americinn - Ironwood, Mi is a tremendous site to get some rest. Whitewater paddling is glorious on Turtle River; the slopes of Big Powderhorn Mountain are so inviting noone can resist.

are in the 70's at Echo Lake while nighttime lows are frequently in the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Echo Lake. What would winter be without some skiing at Blackjack; lakes are such calm sites, why not stop at Bluegill Lake.
