Many people like to go to Echo Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Hi-haven Resort is always a pleasant experience, and a round of golf at nearby Fox Run Golf Course is a splendid way to kill some time. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Echo Lake. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Markville Snowmobile Trail; Echo Lake is right by the Minnesota-Wisconsin Boundary State Trail.

Highs all through the winter are mostly in the 10's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Echo Lake temperatures descend to the-10's. If you need a place to stay Lodge at Crooked Lake is a splendid choice, and if you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Upper Tamarack River. Echo Lake gets a typical amount of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is commonly August, that's the one that rains
the most, and February is when it's the driest. A pleasant close by hotel is Best Western Northwoods Lodge; if you came to camp Log Cabin Hollow Resort is a good location to do that.
