Dump Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. There's good hiking along the Moonridge Trail, and whitewater paddling is tremendous on Chippewa River. This lake is so wonderful. What would winter be without some skiing at Christie Mountain; why not take a refreshing hike along the Serley Camp Trail. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Dump Lake. Through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. All through the wintertime this place

The amount of precipitation that falls at Dump Lake is close to the national average; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. If you need a site to stay Americinn Lodge Ladysmith is a glorious choice, and if you've had enough of Dump Lake, Corbett Lake is nearby. This lake is so wonderful. | |

Thornapple River Campground is a pleasant campground here, and Tee-A-Way Golf Club is a nice golf course close by. A magnificent close by hotel is Americinn
- Ladysmith, Wi, and paddling on Flambeau River is so much fun. This place, Dump Lake, it completely has so much outdoors fun stuff. You'll meet a lot of folks from Eau Claire here; hiking is a popular thing to do around Dump Lake; Tuscobia Park Falls State Trail is a magnificent local trail.
