If you need a place to stay Americinn - Iron River, Mi is a brilliant choice, and there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Brule River. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Florence County Park Campground while you're here       at Lake of Dreams, and if you come at the right time of year, Pine River offers some good whitewater. Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites is a delightful site to get some rest, and you're most likely keen on lakes, Johnson Pond is one of those nearby. The Lauterman Trail is a good hiking trail near Lake of Dreams, and you can never get enough of the great skiing at Ski Brule. This lake is so wonderful. Reisner Lake is a lake around here; there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Dendro Eco Trail. For the duration of the summer months, highs generally are in the 70's at Lake of Dreams. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. Highs during the winter are typically in the 20's, and overnight lows at Lake of Dreams during the winter typically drop into the 0's.
