Through the summertime at Lake Doris highs are regularly in the 70's; the overnight is slightly chillier of course, generally in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 10's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Lake Doris. The Harrison Hills is a major mark of the region around Lake Doris, and a great close       by hotel is Americas Best Value Inn / Rhinelander. Why not camp at Northforest Campgrounds since you're here at Lake Doris, and one of the overriding traits of the surroundings of Lake Doris is Harrison Hills. This lake is so wonderful. Birkensee Resort is a magnificent local campground, and there are plenty of folks from Merrill here. Quality Inn Rhinelander is a good site to get some rest; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always check                  out nearby Lake Clara. This lake is so wonderful. A common amount of rain falls here at Lake Doris; through August this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Just can't get enough of Lake Doris. Lakes?
