Camping is available at Tranquil Vista Campgrounds, and Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Iron Mountain, MI is a great spot to get some rest. Summer at Disney Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and the overnight is quite colder of course, frequently in the 50's. Through the winter highs       are usually in the 20's with temperatures at Disney Lake dipping down into the-10's through winter nights. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit nearby Lehman Lake, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Pike River - South Branch. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Americas Best Inns-Iron Mountain is a great place to spend a night or two; there's whitewater on Pike River                  - North Branch for all you adrenaline rush seekers. The annual rainfall here at Disney Lake is about average; September is the month that gets the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Lakes? Sure, Annabelle Lake is in the vicinity, and hey, Phillips Creek is a splendid local stream.
