The yearly precipitation here at Dickey Lake is about average; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Dickey Lake has to offer, you can camp at Kamp Sugarrbush Bar and Campgrnd, and Duncan Creek has a splendid       whitewater paddling spot close by. Star Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Chetek. Yeah, come here to Dickey Lake for a pleasant time. Head up to Christie Mountain and strap some skis to your feet, and if you need a spot to stay Viking Motel is a good choice. Dickey Lake is a splendid location to visit for more than one day, Loon Lake Camp Grounds is a splendid location to camp nearby; hiking is a popular                  thing to do around Dickey Lake; O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail is a good local trail. Dickey Lake is right by the Hardwood Trail, and if you get bored of Dickey Lake you could also check out nearby Coon Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Chippewa River is so much fun. High temperatures at Dickey Lake through the summer are in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's.
