Mulligan Creek is a great local stream; if you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Eau Claire River. Not far from Devils Lake, you'll locate Birch Lake which is a beautiful lake, and Devils Lake is right by the Virgin Pine Trail. This lake is so wonderful.  | 14 miles away This is a great place to go camping. Very friendly camper, owners Brain & Jean are wonderful. They have the best burgers!!!!!!!!!!!! There are lots of great trails from the campground....We have enjoyed our weekends at this campground ... everyone is very friendly and helpful. The owners are great.... |
Namekagon River
 | 16 miles away This river has nearly 70 miles of river that can be paddled. It goes all the way from the Hayward landing to the Riverside landing after it joins the St Croix River.
