All through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are generally in the 10's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Deer Lake temperatures plunge to the-10's. Deer Lake is a perfect location to camp, Cast-a-way Trailer Park is a perfect location. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Deer Lake has to       offer, you can camp at Wildwood Park Campgrounds. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Luck Country Inn, and Five Flags Country Club Estate is a brilliant golf course close by. There's whitewater on Apple River for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Lakes are delightful; Bear Lake is a lake that's near Deer Lake. But wait, there's more to do right next door to Deer Lake. Visiting Saint Croix National Scenic River is just something you need                  to do if you haven't yet, and get your pulse rate up on the delightful whitewater of St. Croix River. Take a little tour to Rock Creek since you're here at Deer Lake, and pretty scenery and fine skiing is what you obtain at Wild Mountain.
