The yearly rain here at Deep Lake is about average; September is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Deep Lake; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime       brings highs down to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Deep Lake. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Dendro Eco Trail, and naturally Indian Creek flows through this area. Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites is a pleasant site to get some rest, and in case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Peshtigo River. This lake is so wonderful. Have a delightful hiking adventure along the Popple Ridge                  Snowmobile Trail. Lakes are delightful; Curve Lake is a lake that's right next door to Deep Lake. You just ought to like Deep Lake.
