After a long day outdoors Great Wolf Lodge - Wisconsin Dells is a good place to spend a night or two; do stop at Peppermill Lake, it's a scenic lake. This lake is so wonderful. Coon's Deep Lake Campground is a wonderful local campground. If you need a place to stay Americinn Wisconsin Dells is a brilliant choice; there is a splendid hiking trail       nearby called the East Bluff Trail. All the outdoors entertaining stuff near Deep Lake will keep you coming back again and again. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Baraboo River; the East Bluff Woods Trail is a magnificent hiking trail close by. K&L Campground is a splendid campground nearby, and hey, Gotta ski right? Christmas Mountain is a fine place to do that. Deep Lake gets a typical amount of yearly precipitation; the month of August is the wettest with                  most of the rain; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. What would winter be without some skiing at Cascade Mountain; going for a hike on the Bluff Trail is always a great adventure. Throughout the months of summer, highs usually are in the 80's at Deep Lake while nighttime lows are frequently in the 50's.
