This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Chippewa River - East Fork in the neighborhood of Davis Lake; Larson Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at. The yearly precipitation here at Davis Lake is about average; the month with most of the rain is August; February on       the other hand is the driest. Davis Lake is a good spot to visit for more than one day, Boulder Lodge Resort is a good spot to camp nearby, and a lake close by is Mukwonago Lake. You definitely have to fancy Davis Lake. After a long day outdoors Comfort Suites Hayward is a magnificent place to spend a night or two; there is a tremendous hiking trail close by called the Tuscobia Park Falls State Trail. Ross ' Teal Lake Lodge & Teal Wing Golf Club is a great                  golf course nearby. On a fine day at Davis Lake you can take a hike along the North Country Trail, and you can stay the night at Lake Namakagon Campgrounds. At Davis Lake during the months of summer highs are in the 70's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 50's.
