Flambeau River - South Fork is a splendid whitewater spot near Davis Lake, and playing golf is lots of fun at Tahoe Lynx Golf Course. Dry warm beds await you at Americinn       - Ironwood, Mi, and there's some attention-grabbing stuff to observe at Lake of the Falls Dam in close proximity to Davis Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A quick trip to Dollar Creek close to Davis Lake is a nice idea. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. On a tremendous day at Davis Lake you can take a hike along the Newman Springs Ski Trail, and you can run the rapids of Turtle River. The yearly rain here at Davis Lake is about average; the                  month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month is February. Dollar Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at.
