A delightful place to camp here at Cycle Lake is Butternut Lake Campground, and do stop by Little Butternut Lake, it's a charming lake. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Lake Three - Chequamegon National Forest, and get wet paddling on Flambeau River - North Fork. From a precipitation point of view Cycle Lake is a reasonably       normal place; August is when you get the most rain here while February is commonly the driest month. Cycle Lake in fact is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. If you need a location to stay Super 8 Motel - Park Falls is a delightful choice; Whitecap Mountain is a good local ski area. Summertime at Cycle Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 10's, and night                  lows at Cycle Lake through the wintertime generally descend into the-10's.
