This lake is so wonderful. Lac Curte Oreilles is a good spot of normal precipitation; the wettest month of the year is commonly August, that's the one that rains the most, and February on the other hand is the driest. Dry warm beds await you at Flat Creek Inn and Suites, and why not a little side visit to Whitefish Creek.       Johnson Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit, and you can run the rapids of Totogatic River. Stay the night at Trail's End Resort, and there are fine sites to look at along the Hardwood Trail. So many fun things right next door to Lac Curte Oreilles, simply fantastic. There's so much to do here at Lac Curte Oreilles that you need to camp here for a while, Hayward Koa Kampground is a fine spot for that, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the                  slopes of close by Christie Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Lac Curte Oreilles, you could also pop by gorgeous Lac Courte Oreilles, and there's whitewater on Namekagon River for all you adrenaline junkies.
