Dry warm beds await you at Americinn Lodge Ladysmith, and there's splendid hiking along the Black Lake Trail. Cranberry Lake is a good spot of typical precipitation; most of the rain falls through August, and the driest month of the year is February. At Cranberry Lake throughout the summer highs are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures       descend down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 10's with temperatures at Cranberry Lake dipping down into the-10's throughout winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Yankee Joe Creek flows through this region, and in case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Chippewa River - West Fork. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! Cranberry Lake rocks! There's so much to do here at Cranberry Lake that you                  need to camp here for a while, Boulder Lodge Resort is a fine place for that, and don't leave Cranberry Lake without first going for a hike along the Rock Lake National Recreation Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Blueberry Campground is a brilliant spot to do that, and you can go for a hike on the Tuscobia Park Falls State Trail.
