This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Best Western Holiday House is a good place to spend a night or two, and get your heart pumping on the delightful whitewater of Marengo River. Lake Namakagon Campgrounds is a brilliant local campground; naturally Jackson Creek is a gorgeous stream that is worth going to. Cranberry Lake is a good place of common rainfall; September is the wettest month with most       rain while February is regularly the driest month. This location is excellent, just check out all the cool stuff to do close to Cranberry Lake. You could also stop at Trapper Lake if you're here at Cranberry Lake; it's close by, and there's whitewater on Marengo River for all you thrill seekers. While you're here at Cranberry Lake you can play some golf at Lakewoods Resort & Golf Forest Ridges Golf Course, and if the weather is brilliant, you can go for a hike                  along the Virgin Pine Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Have a great hiking adventure along the North Country Trail, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Rock Lake National Recreation Trail. Throughout the summer, highs frequently are in the 70's at Cranberry Lake. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Cranberry Lake are in the-10's.
