Many people like to go to Cranberry Lake. At Cranberry Lake through the days of summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Cranberry Lake. Having a good time in the Gogebic Range is painless. If you came for an overnight stay Black Lake Campground is a splendid place to camp; needless to say, this is a great area for people

| | who like lakes, West Twin Lake is a lake in the neighborhood. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Marengo River, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Great Divide Snowmobile Trail.
Get covered with water paddling on Brunsweiler River, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Rock Lake National Recreation Trail. The Gogebic Range scenery is always beautiful. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun things near Cranberry Lake. Camping is available at | |

But wait, there's more fun stuff to do in the Gogebic Range. Cranberry Lake gets a normal amount of yearly
precipitation; during August this area sees the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. Ashland Super 8 Motel is a perfect site to get some rest, and do take a hike on the Black Lake Trail.
