If you are traveling by, why not stop by Cramer Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Get soaked paddling on Turtle River, and you can stay the night at Double E Resort. May Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by; dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Ironwood. So much amusing stuff to do here in the Gogebic Range, too pleasant to be true. There is a tremendous hiking trail in the neighborhood of Cramer Lake called the Newman Springs Ski Trail, and Big 6 RV

| | Resort and Campground is a good campground nearby. All year is a perfect time in the Gogebic Range if you adore the outdoors. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Big Powderhorn Mountain is in close proximity to Cramer Lake, and soar down the rapids of Black River in a kayak. the 10's, and nighttime lows at Cramer Lake through the winter mostly drop into the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. The Gogebic Range scenery is always beautiful. Blackjack is a magnificent local ski area, and a lake close by
is Twin Lake. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. Playing golf is lots of fun at Tahoe Lynx Golf Course, and after a long day outdoors Americinn - Ironwood, Mi is a perfect spot to spend a night or two. The
yearly precipitation here at Cramer Lake is about average; June is the wettest month with most rain; February is the month with the least moisture.
