This site is excellent, just check out all the entertaining stuff to do in the vicinity of Coon Lake. Do go to Dickey Lake close to Coon Lake, it's a striking lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Coon Lake has to offer, you can camp at Loon Lake       Camp Grounds. A day on the slopes of Christie Mountain is just what you need, and don't leave Coon Lake without first going for a hike along the Deer Fly Trail. You'll discover a pretty lake called Star Lake near Coon Lake; going for a hike on the O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail is always a perfect adventure. A normal amount of rain falls here at Coon Lake; the month with most of the rain is August while February is mostly the driest month. Paddling on Duncan                  Creek is so much fun, and dry warm beds await you at Glen Loch Motel. Through the summertime highs here at Coon Lake reach the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Coon Lake. This lake is so wonderful. You're sure to stumble upon some great people from Eau Claire here. This lake is so wonderful.
