Coon Fork Lake gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; the month with most of the rain is August, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Black Creek is a pleasant place to explore; whitewater paddling is great on Eau Claire River. Paddling on Eau Claire River is so much fun, and you can have a nice hiking adventure along the Silver Mound Trail. Super 8 Motel - Stanley       is a good spot to get some rest, and camping at Coon Fork Lake is wonderful fun, Triple R Resort is a wonderful local campground. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Dry warm beds await you at SUPER 8 MOTEL - OSSEO, and hiking along the Hamilton Falls Snowmobile Trail is nice fun. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Woodland Motel Campground while you're here at Coon Fork Lake, and a lake close by is Coon Fork Lake 45. High temperatures                  at Coon Fork Lake through the days of summer are in the 80's; the overnight is a little chillier of course, commonly in the 50's.
