Going for a hike on the North Country Trail is always a perfect adventure, and while you're here you can play some golf at Lakewoods Resort & Golf Forest Ridges Golf Course. That right there is a heap already, but it continues; Club Lake has it all. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Marengo River, and if       you need a place to stay Best Western Lake Superior Lodge is a great choice. Go for a hike on the Virgin Pine Trail, and a fine nearby hotel is Super 8 Ashland. Club Lake gets a normal amount of precipitation; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. There are great locations to discover along the Rock Lake National Recreation Trail,                  and a lake close by is Atkins Lake. If you came for an overnight stay Lake Namakagon Campgrounds is a great site to camp. For the duration of the summertime here at Club Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's.
