West Point Campgrounds is a pleasant campground here; not far from Cloverleaf Lake you'll find Banks Lake which is a wonderful lake. Summer at Cloverleaf Lake arrives with high temperatures       in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Cloverleaf Lake tend to be in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Best Western American Heritage Inn is a great location to get some rest, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend St. Croix River. Not sufficient hours in a day                  to enjoy this location. Get your pulse rate up on the fine whitewater of Upper Tamarack River. Chicog Creek is a wonderful spot to stop by; camping at Cloverleaf Lake is magnificent fun, Highland Park Campground is a magnificent local campground.
