This is a great neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Lost Lake is a lake in close proximity, and Duncan Creek is a tremendous whitewater spot close by. Visit       Cedar Creek if you're here at Clear Lake, and after a long day outdoors Super 8 Chetek is a nice place to spend a night or two. High temperatures at Clear Lake through the summertime are in the 80's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and night lows at Clear Lake through the wintertime usually sink into the-10's. All the outdoors cool stuff right next door to Clear Lake will keep you                  coming back repeatedly. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Christie Mountain; you'll meet a lot of folks from Eau Claire here. On a good day at Clear Lake you can take a hike along the O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Clear Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lured In Lodge & Campground. From a rainfall point of view Clear Lake is a quite common location; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
