This lake is so wonderful. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Ski Brule, and don't leave Chuks Lake without first going for a hike along the Lauterman Trail. The yearly precipitation here at Chuks Lake is about average; during August this area sees the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. The skiing at Brule Mountain is glorious,       and if you need a site to stay Americinn - Iron River, Mi is a glorious choice. This place, Chuks Lake, it absolutely has so much outdoors fun stuff. There's whitewater on Pine River for all you adrenaline junkies; a good close by hotel is Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites. Chuks Lake is a delightful place to visit for more than one day, Stevens Lake Campground is a delightful place to camp nearby, and lakes are such peaceful spots, why not stop by Mud Lake.                  You'll hit upon a beautiful lake called Stevens Lake near Chuks Lake; there's fine hiking along the Dendro Eco Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Huff Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at; hiking is a popular thing to do around Chuks Lake; Kimball Creek Trail is a glorious local trail. During the summer months, highs regularly are in the 70's at Chuks Lake, and the overnight is rather cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's.
