Throughout the warm days of summer highs here at Chain Lakes get into the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Chain Lakes temperatures drop to the 0's. The sight of wonderful Blackberry Hill near Chain Lakes is perfect, and if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn STEVENS POINT -       CONVENTION CTR is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Chain Lakes is great fun, River's Edge Campground is a great local campground, and a nice close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites STEVENS POINT-WISCONSIN RAPIDS. Get wet paddling on Eau Claire River; Brookside Village is a delightful campground here. Lots of folks from Stevens Point come to Chain Lakes; get yourself into a kayak and hit Wisconsin River. Having a great time at Chain                  Lakes is trouble-free. The slopes of Granite Peak are so inviting noone can resist.
