Thunder Mountain is painless to spot from Cedar Lake, and Boundary Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Cedar Lake; September is the month that gets the       most rain, and the driest of the months is February. Summertime highs at Cedar Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 70's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Cedar Lake temperatures descend to the 0's. Don't forget to take a great little spree to Forbes Creek, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Thunder River.
