You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the area close to Cattail Lake has to offer. If you need a place to stay Junek's Bay Cabins is a glorious choice; do go to Torch River if you're here at Cattail Lake. That right there is heaps of exciting things already but it goes on, the Gogebic Range has it all. While you're here at Cattail Lake you can take a hike along the Rock Lake National Recreation       Trail; Chippewa River Campground is a great campground here. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. A fine close by hotel is North Haven Country Cottage, and lakes are such serene places, why not visit Delano Lake. Cattail Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. Be careful coming to the Gogebic Range, you might not ever want to go                  back home again. Going for a hike along the Great Divide Snowmobile Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and Chippewa River - East Fork has a perfect whitewater paddling spot close by. Have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Black Lake Trail; why not visit Lower Clam Lake Dam if you're here. This lake is located in the wonderful Gogebic Range. For the period of the summer months here at Cattail Lake, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 10's; overnight lows in the-10's for Cattail Lake.
