If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Carson Pond. There's so much to do here at Carson Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Crosswoods is a great place for that. This lake is so wonderful. There are other locations here than Carson Pond, for example Lemon Lake, and if you need a location to stay Best Western Lake       Superior Lodge is a great choice. If you came to camp Perch Lake Campground is a tremendous spot to do that; since you're here you can take a hike along the North Country Trail. The yearly rain here at Carson Pond is about average; all through September this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is February. Why not pop by close by East Fork White River since you're here at Carson Pond, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Pigeon Lake                  Trail. Summertime highs at Carson Pond mostly tend to be in the 70's, and the nighttime is a bit cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's.
