From a rain point of view Camp Three Lake is a reasonably normal spot; most of the rain falls through September, and February is the month with the least moisture. There are other places here than Camp Three Lake, for example Piledriver Lake, and there's some flowing water close by, Haymeadow Creek is a stream you can have a look at while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Soar down the rapids of Peshtigo       River in a kayak, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Lakewood Lodge is a splendid place to spend a night or two. Not far from Camp Three Lake, you'll stumble on Cavour Pond which is a gorgeous lake, and why not camp at Laura-Gordon Lakes Campground while you're here at Camp Three Lake. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Popple River, and Camp Three Lake is right by the Eds Lake Trail System. The Lauterman Trail offers hiking at its best, and camping                  is available at Big Joe Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites. And if that's not enough, there's a load more to do close to Camp Three Lake. Nicolet Country Club is a brilliant golf course close by, and there's perfect hiking along the Dendro Eco Trail. For the period of the long summer days, highs commonly are in the 70's at Camp Three Lake, and the night is quite chillier of course, commonly in the 50's.
