If you get bored of Camp One Lake, you could also check out nearby Baker Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Lac Vieux Desert Campground is a tremendous spot to camp. if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Big Sand Lake Golf Course is in the neighborhood. Paddling on Ontonagon River - Middle Branch is so much fun, and a delightful nearby hotel is Settle Inn & Stes Eagle River.
And if that's not sufficient, there's lots more to do close to Camp One Lake. Take a hike on the Anvil Lake Trail System, and as expected Military Creek flows through this vicinity. Camping at Camp One Lake is nice fun, Anvil Lake Campground is a nice local campground.
