Through the warm months highs here at Calkins Lake reach the 80's. Summer night lows drop down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 20's while Calkins Lake nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Calkins Lake is a pleasant place to visit for more than one day, Lured       In Lodge & Campground is a pleasant place to camp nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Chetek. You're most likely interested in lakes, Schoolhouse Lake is one of those close by, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Chippewa River. This lake is so wonderful. Kamp Sugarrbush Bar and Campgrnd is a brilliant local campground, and Calkins Lake is not far at all from Eau Claire. Nearby                  lakes?
