Beautiful Bullhead Lake has much to offer visitors. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Lake Three - Chequamegon National Forest, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Whitecap Mountain. And if that's not enough, there's a load more to do close to Bullhead Lake. A short visit to Fifth Rapids is always worthwhile, and there are delightful locations to look at along the Newman Springs Ski Trail. Whitewater paddling is good

Why not camp at Mineral Lake - Chequamegon National Forest if you're here at Bullhead Lake, and in case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Flambeau River - North Fork. For the period of the summer at Bullhead Lake temperatures are commonly in the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. | |
