A visit to Bullhead Lake is always a good idea. If only every place had this much outdoors exciting stuff, what a great earth it would be. St. Croix River is a brilliant whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Bullhead Lake, and tremendous skiing awaits you at Trollhaugen. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Sunrise Ferry Hiking Trail is always a great adventure. From a rain point of view Bullhead Lake is a rather typical place;
June is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. A good place to camp here at Bullhead Lake is James N Mcnally Campground, and a perfect nearby hotel is Luck Country Inn.
