Through the summer months at Buffalo Lake highs are regularly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are typically in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Buffalo Lake. A common amount of rain falls here at Buffalo Lake; most of the rain falls through September, and the driest month of the year is January. It's a great idea to go to Montello       River, it's in the vicinity of Buffalo Lake, and a pretty lake like Buffalo Lake 398 is a good spot to take a look at. This lake is so wonderful. The scenery at Montello Dam in close proximity to Buffalo Lake is pretty, and camping at Buffalo Lake is fine fun, Lake Arrowhead Campground is a fine local campground. What a site this is for outdoors people.
