Having a great time at Budsberg Lake is uncomplicated. Budsberg Lake gets a normal amount of rainfall; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. You could also take a look at Johnson Lake while you're here at Budsberg Lake; it's nearby, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Embarrass River - South Branch. If you're dropping by Budsberg Lake from Stevens Point, you won't be the only one, and there are some wonderful whitewater spots on Little Wolf River. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Budsberg Lake while overnight lows are typically                  in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Budsberg Lake.
