From a rainfall point of view Bucks Lake is a quite common location; the wettest month of the year is mostly August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is February. And if that's not enough, there's a heap more to do next to Bucks Lake. Microtel Rice Lake is a delightful place to get some rest. All through the summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Bucks       Lake. Summer night lows drop down to the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are usually in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Bucks Lake are in the-10's. Camping at Northshore Bar and Campground is always a good experience, and there's fine hiking along the Serley Camp Trail. Do go to Audie Lake near Bucks Lake, it's a striking lake, and swing by South Fork Hemlock Creek it's a tremendous spot to visit. This lake is so wonderful. A brilliant                  place to camp here at Bucks Lake is Kamp Sugarrbush Bar and Campgrnd, and great hiking is available along the Hardwood Trail.
