The yearly rainfall here at Buck Lake is about average; most of the rain falls during September, and February is when it's the driest. Summertime at Buck Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. High temperatures all through       the wintertime are normally in the 10's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Buck Lake temperatures descend to the-10's. Don't leave Buck Lake without first going for a hike along the North Country Trail; going for a hike on the Pigeon Lake Trail is always a brilliant adventure. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Buck Lake, you could also check out delightful Honey Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Virgin Pine Trail.
