Summer brings highs in the 70's to Brush Lake. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's; overnight lows through the wintertime for Brush Lake tend to be in the-10's. Just can't get enough of Brush Lake. If you need a spot to stay Bluffs Inn is a great choice; you can stay the night at Wabasso Lake Campground. This lake is so wonderful.       A golf course right next door to Brush Lake is Tahoe Lynx Golf Course, and Brush Lake is a brilliant place to camp, Big 6 RV Resort and Campground is a brilliant place. A wonderful close by hotel is Indianhead Motel, and do go to Allen Lake, it's a striking lake. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Turtle River, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Blackjack. The amount of rain that falls at Brush Lake is close to the national                  average; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is February. There are some glorious whitewater spots on Black River; you can go for a hike on the Newman Springs Ski Trail.
